We took a quick getaway in September to Santa Rosa Beach! I think one of my favorite parts of the trip was the cute lil beach bungalow we stayed in! From the vintage decor to the cozy front porch, to the convenience to the beach (one block!), it added such a delightful element! We had two perfect beach days, and the last full day got cut short due to Hurricane Sally moving in…while she was still due to make landfall the day we were supposed to leave, we opted to cut out half a day early to hopefully get ahead of traffic and avoid any potential disasters. It was the first time I got to see double red flags flying! The surf definitely moved in and the beach we were enjoying the days before had been engulfed by the sea.
