The quaint town of Mooresville, Alabama is like a movie set – the lighting is always luminous, the scenery is stunning, and the atmosphere is warm. Rebecca and Sam’s wedding was a perfect fit and boasted a beautiful blend of Southern charm and family heritage! I adored all of the darling details that Vintage on Macon provided to decorate the sweet little brick church. Pearls set alongside tomatillos, heirloom glass pieces among lace doilies, and historic photos that lined the pews were just a few of my favorite vignettes!
The couple hand made all of the paper flowers that were carried throughout the day – from the bouquets to the boutonnieres, from the ceremony backdrop to the table settings – each “petal” was delicately crafted. Rebecca also meticulously made her veil, which added a Southern elegance to her bridal look. However, with her adorable rain boots, an element of playfulness remained. I savored each and every moment of their beautiful day! How often does a bride and her besties get to hold chickens? How often does a couple get to hold a lamb (born just the day before their wedding)? Plus, I can’t forget about Finn, their beloved pup! He was so well-behaved and handsome with his bow tie!
Rebecca and Sam, I can’t thank you enough for letting me not only witness, but also capture one of the greatest moments of your lives! Congrats on your new beginning together, and I hope you cherish your time together as husband and wife!
