I always feel so lucky when I cross paths with kindred souls! It’s like we were all meant to meet and create magic together! A beautiful farmhouse built in the 1890’s oozing with character (historic wallpaper, huge mantles, glowing light, creaky wooden floors) became the perfect setting for this rustic meets boho blend inspired bridal shoot! I fell head over heels in love with Hardy Chambers Farmhouse after photographing a dinner among friends that took place in the Summer. Completely inspired and visually amazed, I knew that farmhouse would make the perfect spot for a beautiful wedding. Thankfully Laurie (the owner) loved that idea and was happy to open the doors for us! My imagination went wild, but with most of the beauty being in the actual house, I knew we didn’t need much for this to become a wedding wonderland! I wanted the flowers to have a wild, “just foraged” look – and after selecting my favorites, Chelsea did a smashing job making my vision come to life! As much as I adore capturing the raw emotions that happen when two souls get married, it’s also nice being able to shoot for myself and create artistic images to (hopefully) inspire others!
Huge thanks to the talented artisans below for all of their contribution to this wonderful shoot!
