Stephanie and Shannon entered a giveaway I was hosting with Old Frond and Remedy for a “styled elopement shoot” – and when I inquired if she’d actually be interested in eloping, the gears started turning. After all, Anna, Jessica, and I were putting in a lot of creativity formulating a story line and such. What started as a lil’ seed in my mind’s eye morphed into a beautiful vision to celebrate love. Wanting to harness on the magic and beauty of plants and their benefits, Jessica and I supplied Anna with a list of plants that aid and nurture the body and mind. Anna ran with it and (as usual) crafted a stunning arrangement of a “nourishing and beautiful” bouquet, some even foraged from my garden!
Nestled in a secret garden, Stephanie and Shannon tied the knot outside of a stunning greenhouse! The two celebrated their nuptials with tea for two – a special brew blended by Remedy called “Sweet Love,” which evokes warmth and desire. At a sweetheart table, the love birds shared a darling cake created by Hamley Bake Shoppe. Elitaire Boutique provided the perfect attire for the tones of the color palette to take shape. Stephanie and Shannon had their first dance among the fountain, which provided a nice sound along with the record.
I can’t thank my community for not only supporting, but pushing the boundaries with my vision. I think the art of love exists, no matter if you are surrounded by 200 people or just the environment. It’s such a dream being able to capture such blissful moments of love and happiness.
